SHANDONG RUIBIN PRECISION MANUFACTURING CO., LTD.is located in Linyi Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone, Linyi city, Shandong province. It is a professional enterprise specialized in the development and production of cylinders.It is currently the largest and most professional manufacturer of cylinders for small two-stroke gasoline engines in China.It covers an area of 80000㎡ and has about 500 staffs, including more than 60 engineers and technicians.It is one of the members of  Linyi Top 50 Inovative & Potentional Enterprises and also admits into the membership of CICEIA( "China Internal Combustin Engine Industry Association") and SAC/TC177(“National Technical Committee 177 on IC Engines Standardization of China”).It has established a long-term partnership with TICERI and Xi'an Jiaotong University.
     Founded in 1997 , Zhaohua’s main products are cylinders, the core component in the small gasoline engines, garden machinery, plant-protection machinery, construction machinery, aeromodelling and vehicle models, etc. It has more than 400 sets of international advanced production equipments,10 modern machining lines and 4 automatic chrome-plating lines and it has an annual production capacity of 6 million cylinders, exported to Europe,America,East Asia and so on.
    RUIBIN has the excellent R&D ability and with international advanced design concept. It built up first-class Internal Combustion Engine Institute in China,equiped with international advanced testing equipments,such as Emission Bench，Dynamometer，CMM， Spectrometer,etc.,which allow Zhaohua  to continuously put forward to new tide in the technological innovation of this industry. Zhaohua has many innovation patents and the stratified scavenging technology patent filled the domestic blank in this field.
